The Ides of March are upon us today and concludes a fun-filled week. Yesterday, we celebrate PI Day with several activities and an actual pie. Thanks to Leah Vorst who baked us an apple pie. This morning the 4th and 5th grades dyed some rice in preparation of our upcoming Purim celebration. Next Thursday is a half-day and students in fifth grade are to dress up as opposites. Friday March 22nd, we are out of school that day.
In the next few weeks we will begin our novel studies in reading and focusing on our persuasive research papers. As always please have a wonderful weekend.
