Welcome CJDS families! It is a privilege to be a part of this amazing community of educators, parents, and students. This is my 7th year teaching PE and my 2nd year back in the classroom. Previously I taught 6th grade math and science in Alpharetta, Ga for 8 years. I received my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Florida State University.
We moved from the Atlanta area to Charlotte in 2013. My husband, Tim, grew up in Matthews. We have twin boys, Sam and Alex and a dog, Baxter. I enjoy being in nature, exercising, and reading. In the summer, you will find all of us on the boat enjoying lake life.
